Regular Activities
We have a whole host of regular activities which are held on a weekly or monthly basis. Here's the list, including handy links to the place on our website where you can get more information, where applicable.
Mondays:
Just Men meet from 9.45am to 12.00noon in the Royal Room, for board games; chat and fellowship. Contact Ray Childs: 8270 3269 or Roger Whipp: 01708 764217 for further details. More info here
Praise & Drama for primary & junior school children, meet at 6.00pm. Contact Leanne: 8252 5254
Tuesdays:
Coffee Morning: (with cakes!) - 11.00 'til 12.30 in the Royal Room.
Bounce Club for Parents, Carers and Toddlers meets on Tuesday afternoons from 1.15pm to 2.30pm. £1.50 per adult, children free! Contact Marian Childs on 8270 3269 (or by email).
Prayer for Revival from 7.30pm - 9.00pm in the Prayer Room. Feel free to come and go at any time between these times. Contact Christine Harding on 8599 6174, or Joy Blackwood by email with any prayer requests.
Wednesdays:
Holy Communion or Morning Prayer at 10.00am (Royal Room). More information here.
Mothers Union meet on 1st Wednesday at 11.00am (Royal Room)
Mature Companions Club (over 50's) meet on the 3rd Wednesday each month, in the hall from 12.30pm
Soup Lunch happens on the 4th Wednesday each month, from 12noon in the Royal Room. All welcome.
Table Tennis Club - in the hall - runs weekly from 7.00pm to 9.00pm - friendly / informal / all standards. Adults £1.00 per session, under 16's free.
Thursdays:
Time Out (for ladies) - 1st & 3rd Thursday each month from 10.15am: Coffee; Chat; Prayer; and Bible Study. Venue varies - usually in someone's home. Contact: Lucinda on 8597 2775.
Football - 7pm - 8pm. In St. Chad's Park near the cricket pavilion.

Fridays:
Choir Practice (adults) in church from 8pm - 10pm. Coffee / tea / biccies at half-time! New members always welcome. Our choir sings at our Sunday 9am services, and at most of our special seasonal services.
Saturdays:
Joint Prayer Breakfast (1st Saturday) with High Road Baptist and Oasis Churches
Just Men (4th Saturday) Breakfast in the Royal Room from 8am. More information here.
